When will I receive my order upon confirmation?

What if the fruit(s) I ordered went out of stock?

Availability of fruits are subjected to season and flight/shipment. In the event that the fruits you ordered are not available before delivery, we will inform you to change to another fruit that is available.

Can I do self-collection?

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, self-collection is unavailable.

Would I be able to cancel or edit my orders?

All items sold cannot be changed or refunded.

Is there a minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend. However, orders below $76 (after any promotion/credit) will incur a $7 delivery charge.

Is customisation of fruits box/ basket available?

All our orders are pack in recycled fruit boxes. We provide fruits box/ basket customisation service. Kindly email us at [email protected] to find out more.
