At The Masterpiece Collection, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure shopping experience.
Every jadeite piece is thoughtfully handled and packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Delivery Information

We offer complimentary shipping for all orders over SGD $300. For orders below this amount,
a flat delivery fee will apply at checkout.

Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.
If you require urgent delivery or have specific timing requests, feel free to reach out to us
before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Each order is carefully packaged to protect the item during transit. If your piece includes NGI certification,
the certificate will be enclosed within the parcel. All orders are carefully packed and protected
to ensure safe delivery.

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with its packaging
and any accompanying certification.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, as many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery,
and we will address the issue promptly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.
